Being the busy mom she is, Audrina likes to keep things fairly simple when it comes to her skincare. She starts with using Dermalogica’s Special Cleanser and Toner, following up with their Active Moisturizer. Audrina also likes Philosophy’s cleansers and MD Skincare’s products. Whenever her skin needs an extra boost, she relies on Tata Harper’s Rejuvenating Mask (she’s rocking it with her sister Casey in the photo above)!

Audrina has always been one to stand out when it comes to her makeup. From smokey eyes to smudgy liner, we never knew what to expect from her! The same still is true today – though now it’s a little more refined (hey, everyone grows up sometime)! She usually wears lighter face makeup, like Laura Mercier’s Tinted Moisturizer with NYX’s Matte Bronzer for that ‘California glow.’ Occasionally, she will add a pop of color to her cheeks with NYX’s Ombré Blushes. Audrina mainly focuses on her eyes, usually opting for a bronze look, using her favorite NARS Eyeshadow in ‘Lola Lola.’ Her brows are filled in with Anastasia Beverly Hills’ DipBrow in ‘Chocolate.’

If it’s a day look, she will use Too Faced’s Lash Injection Mascara and a little bit of Chanel or Too Faced lipgloss. If it’s a night look, she will often top her lips with a bold shade (Urban Decay’s Revolution Lipstick), add some highlighter (Benefit’s High Beam), and a little eyeliner (Loreal’s SuperSlim Eyeliner Pen). For summertime specifically, she uses Urban Decay’s Waterproof Mascara and NYX’s Dewy Skin Setting Spray for a fresh look.

Audrina Patridge, American born star of the Hills, Audrina, and Dancing with the Stars, has a two piece ready body year round. The twenty-eight year old actress and model constantly in the best shape possible and never misses an opportunity to show of her supple, lean figure. And why would she? Since she rose to prominence back in 2006, her perfect beach body has become something for women everywhere to envy! It seems Audrina Patridge is fast becoming known for her perfect body which has many of us mere mortal women wondering how and Earth she manages to stay looking do incredibly good! She’s got a wonderfully ones stomach, a fantastic set of legs, lean arms, and even a great set of breasts – she seems to have it all. If, like me, you can’t help but be amazed by how fab she looks then you’ll be pleased to hear I’ve done a little digging and found out exactly what Audrina Patridge does to stay looking so enviably good. Here’s how…

The Body Box Routine

To keep her bikini body year round, two or three times per week the twenty-six year old dose a routine which her personal trainer Jarett DelBene calls the body box routine. “We alternate rounds of boxing combinations that include punches and kicks with circuits of body weight–only strength moves,” he says with regards to the star’s routine. “It’s high intensity, so you burn lots of calories while you’re firming up. And because the exercises don’t use any gear, Patridge can stick to them whether she’s on the road or at home.”

The routine starts off by doing either shadowboxing or jumping rope for a total of three minutes. Audrina Patridge then goes on to do one set of twenty reps of each of various moves in order with no rest in between. Sometimes, Audrina Patridge either jumps rope of shadow boxes for one minute between each set to increase the amount of calories she burns. On a typical workout, she repeats this entire workout twice. This workout is fab for the star as it requires no equipment – even a jump rope is optional as she can mimic the moves without one. This means she can workout anytime, anywhere, a must for someone who travels so much and who has such a busy life.

Five to Six Workouts Per Week

Audrina Patridge Body Boxes two or three times per week but she’s far from idle on her supposed days ‘off’. She works out five or six times per week and when she’s not Body Boxing she’s either doing Pilates, doing body weight training, doing strength training or working on her core to ensure her abs stay sleek and lean. It’s little wonder she looks as good as she does considering the amount and the intensity of the workouts she does. After all that, I for one say she deserves her enviable body!

One of Audrina Patridge’s favourite things to eat is apples. She says she’s far rather eat a delicious apple than have a cup of coffee or a bar of chocolate. She loves how she gets so many different vitamins and minerals from them too – they’re tasty and incredibly good for her!

That said, she still has a love for various other junk foods. She’s never willing to stray too far from her healthy diet however so is always sure to keep her craving under control. She allows herself calorific treats at times but she always watches her portion and makes sure it’s just a little part of an overall healthy diet. When it comes to eating healthy, she’s a massive fan of healthy shakes. She’s always saying that she recommends shakes made up from various differently fruits such as mangoes, peaches, pineapples, and berries, but sources say she even enjoys vegetable green smoothies too. Another of the star’s favourite things to eat is natural or greek yoghurt mixed in with plenty of fresh fruit. It makes for a delicious snack or can even be consumed as a light meal.

So there you have it, ladies, Audrina Patridge’s diet plan and workout routine. While it seems she works incredibly hard day in and day out to stay looking so fantastic, she’s not quite as tough on herself as many celebrities are, something I admire her for. Looks like Audrina Patridge is joining Hollywood’s blondetourage! The former MTV star traded in her light chestnut locks for a highlighted head of golden hair. But the mane makeover didn’t stop there — Patridge also shed a few inches from her previous long, layered style, majorly maximizing her Monday salon sesh.

Patridge debuted her textured, shoulder-length “lob” on Instagram. “Yep! It’s short…. @brianacisneros and I decided it was time to change it up!,” she captioned the snapshot.

The piecey chop was the work of celebrity hairstylist Briana Cisneros, who was also the mastermind behind Patridge’s lighter hue. Cisneros darkened the star’s roots and lifted the color in her ends for a “little extra pop” and to add dimension to the overall color.

“Added some finishing touches with @brianacisneros #brown #blonde #bronde #lob #lightening,” Patridge said.

Days before the big reveal, Jessie J snapped a cryptic pic of her freshly shorn hair, which was placed in a smiley face formation on the floor after the buzz, on her account.

Audrina Patridge Dishes on Diet, Hair, and Looking (and Feeling) Hot in a Bikini

To say Audrina Patridge, 26, was born in a bikini is actually not that much of an exaggeration. “I practically grew up in the water,” says the former cast member of The Hills and star of her own VH-1 reality series, Audrina. “I knew how to swim by the time I turned 4.” That’s not surprising, since she was raised with a pool in her backyard and lived near the ocean in Orange County, CA. “I don’t even think twice about wearing a swimsuit because it’s always been a part of my lifestyle,” she says, “but I have girlfriends who are so afraid to show their bodies, they won’t take off their towels at the beach or pool. It’s a shame because everyone can look good in a suit.” Are you ready to tap into your inner (and outer) beach goddess? Audrina off ers nine easy, breezy tips for looking and feeling hot.

1. Suit Yourself

The first step toward feeling comfortable in a bikini is finding one that fits your frame. “So many women will buy one they see a celebrity wearing, thinking it’ll look good on them too,” says Patridge. “But often it doesn’t flatter their figure.” She recommends going to the store and trying on many different styles to see what works for your body type, skin tone, and lifestyle. “Be open-minded,” she says. “Even if you think you know what works on your body, you may be really surprised by the results.”

2. Find Your Comfort Zone

Patridge suggests wearing your new suit around the house for a few days until it feels like your second skin. “Or get support and advice from some of your friends by inviting them over for a private girls-only party in the backyard,” says Patridge. If you still feel self-conscious, experiment with strategic cover-ups that showcase your best assets, be it toned legs or sexy shoulders. “You can team a gauzy tunic with a bikini bottom,” she says, “or flaunt your upper body with a suit top paired with a long skirt.”

3. Flex Your Muscles

For an extra boost of confidence before she saunters onto the beach or power-lounges by the pool, Patridge does a quick series of squats and sit-ups. “I like to get the blood flowing to those areas,” she explains. “I feel tighter and stronger, and it gives my skin a nice rosy glow.”

4. Fake It, Don’t Bake It

One glance at Patridge and you know she loves looking golden. “I have olive skin, so if I’m in the sun for even 15 minutes, I turn brown,” she says. “But I’m much more aware of protecting my skin from the sun’s rays than I was in my teens and early 20s.” She gets her “tan” from a can and never leaves home without sunscreen-ones by Lancer Rx, Neutrogena, and Kiehl’s are faves. “These products give my skin a smoother look and firmer appearance,” she says.

5. Shine On

Another trick Patridge swears by is to rub a little Hawaiian Tropic Oil onto her skin over her sunscreen. “It keeps skin soft and accentuates your muscles,” she says. “But you have to be careful not to use too much or you could end up looking greasy!”

6. Power Up Early

With her jam-packed schedule-juggling her reality show, promoting her new Bongo fashion line, and attending dozens of events each month-Patridge burns calories like crazy. While that may sound like an enviable problem to have, it can take a toll on her energy levels if she doesn’t fuel up regularly. To ensure that doesn’t happen, Patridge always starts the day with a hearty breakfast. A typical one might include banana pancakes, turkey bacon, hash browns, and a side of fruit, or a veggie-filled egg white omelet. “It’s my favorite meal,” she says. “So sometimes I’ll even have breakfast for dinner.”

7. Be One with Nature

“I try to get to the beach every day,” says Patridge. “It brings sanity to my life. I’ll just sit and read a book and enjoy the quiet.” When she’s traveling and can’t find a horizon to stare at, she’ll look for a local park to hang out in. “I get a blanket and just lie in the grass,” she says. “It’s a perfect place to be alone with your own thoughts.”

8. Give Tresses a Time-Out

Patridge has a dirty little secret: To give her hair that tousled, beachy texture, she washes it only twice a week and uses dry shampoo in between. She fixes flyaways by rubbing Moroccan Oil onto her ends. “It smells really wonderful,” she says, “and I have less breakage when I comb my hair.”

9. Play the Day Away

The last place you’ll find Patridge during the summer is in a gym. “I love outdoor activities,” she says. She swims in the ocean, rides her bike on the boardwalk, and plays beach volleyball with her friends. But Patridge’s favorite workout buddy, she says, is her dog. “Lady makes sure I run or hike once a day-no matter what!”
