She also shared how her workout routine has evolved with age. In recent years, she’s realized that dancing has caused her to lose some muscle, which is why she’s added more weight training into her regimen. (There are a lot more benefits to strength training, too.)

But that’s only one of the signs that’s made J.Lo feel like she’s getting older. She admits she’s also been squinting while looking at her phone, so it might be time for reading glasses. And that, from time to time, the middle of her back acts up-but that’s about it. (A bargain, really, to look as ageless as she does.)

Regardless of her age though, J.Lo has always embraced her body as it is. In fact, body image isn’t something she’s ever struggled with. “In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture,” she told InStyle. “It was just like, ‘Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good.'” Not only that but as a teenager, she never idolized size 0 models who were often on the cover of fashion magazines. “I didn’t realize what I was doing,” she says. “I was just being myself.”

While she makes it all look easy, her body didn’t stay in peak shape on its own-she’s really worked for it. In an interview with Us Weekly per Maxim, Lopez said that getting to the gym is her first task of the day. “I work out three or four times a week,” she said. “When I’m in New York, I work out with David Kirsch-he’s an amazing trainer,” she said. “When I’m in LA, I work with Tracy Anderson.
