I will be starting this challenge on August 1st! Join me and let’s envision ourselves as tough,fit and confident as the women in this photo, shall we? …after all, we ARE! Use mine, or I encourage you to find a “little black dress” photo that inspires YOU and look at it daily for motivation and inspiration. This one just spoke to me….it makes me envision myself as a strong, sexy character in the Bad Blood Taylor Swift video or something… come on, have some imagination and have fun with it!! TO ENTER:

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since my last post but my exams are over now and you’ll be seeing a lot more content soon enough. Let’s get to it then! 🙂

Thoughts:

The 30 Day Little Black Dress Challenge was one of many firsts – my first fitness challenge, my first 30 day challenge and my first time blogging. It has been quite an experience for me with many highs and lows. I feel healthier and more confident with myself. I learnt many new exercises and how to squeeze them into my procrastination schedule. Your likes and comments have been a source of strength for me, motivating me to continue even through all the times when I just didn’t feel like getting active. I found out that not all types of exercise are super tiring and repetitive, and some could even be enjoyable if I just gave it a chance.

Final measurements:

B: 92cm
W: 74cm
H: 102cm

Overall impression:

I give this challenge a 8/10. The exercises are short enough that they can be completed in that small amount of time you are able to spare, but long enough that you feel the results. I strongly recommend this challenge to all fitness beginners and anyone who just doesn’t have the time or mindset to go to the gym or go for a run. I didn’t have any drastic changes to my measurements, but enough to know that this challenge does work. My muscles have become more defined and I feel less tired.

After 14+ years of teaching fitness and Pilates classes in West Bridgford/Lady Bay I’m sorry to inform you but ALL OF MY CLASSES ARE NOW CLOSED.

I’m changing direction and am busy offering business coaching and training instructors (worldwide) online in my full-body, non-Kegel approach to pelvic floor function certification called “Your Pelvic Matters”.

The only client-based work I now offer is Personal Training specifically for pelvic floor dysfunction, online via Skype/Zoom.

All Personal Training sessions are video-recorded for you to review your exercise homework as many times as you like afterwards, and as long as you have a laptop, phone or tablet, you’re good to go!

Pelvic floor dysfunction won’t just go away I’m afraid, and my approach to rehabilitating it is very different from the “norm”.
