Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard Are for Real Besties with Mila Kunis & Ashton Kutcher

Kristen Bell is dishing on her and Dax Shepard’s relationship with another celebrity power couple, and we so want in.

The 37-year-old recently attended the premiere for Pandas, a new documentary film in which she’s the narrator, and discussed the recent news about her husband joining the cast of The Ranch. Bell went on to talk about Shepard’s real-life friendship with his new costar in the Netflix series, Ashton Kutcher, and revealed that their relationship dates all the way back to the early 2000s when the That ’70s Show actor hosted a well-known MTV series.

She said, “Really they started that with Punk’d. They fell in love and they remained friends.”

But wait, there’s more. Bell also admitted that her friendship with Kutcher’s wife, Mila Kunis, developed long before they tackled the woes of parenting in Bad Moms. She continued, “I was just lucky enough to work with Mila on . We became great friends and that contributed to Bad Moms.”

Oh, and did we mention that they are passing their adorable friendship on to their children? “But yes, we love . It’s a very nice foursome, and we have kids the same age. They’re good people,” Bell said.

It appears the Fantastic Four has some major competition.

Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell Get Hilarious Gift From Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis

It’s that crazy time of year when you have lists upon lists upon lists filled with things we need to do and presents you need to buy before the holidays are through. But chances are that no one on your list is asking for a shower curtain, right?

Well, that’s exactly what actor Dax Shepard and wife Kristen Bell received from none other than fellow actor Ashton Kutcher. And not only was it a shower curtain, but a shower curtain emblazoned with Kutcher and wife Mila Kunis’ face on it.

“What a generous Christmas gift from the Kunis-Kutcher family,” Shepard wrote on his Instagram page. “A beautiful shower curtain for the attic(t) bathroom!”

Of course, the connections between the two Hollywood couples are many. For example, Kunis and Bell have appeared together in a slew of movies throughout the years, including the 2016 comedy film Bad Moms, its 2017 sequel, A Bad Moms Christmas, and the 2008 movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

The two talented guys also spend much time together, as Shepard is currently appearing on the third season of the Netflix sitcom The Ranch, which stars Kutcher. Years ago, the two also appeared together on Kutcher’s hit series Punk’d.

‘A Bad Moms Christmas’ Stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell And Kathryn Hahn Talk Holiday Sequel

The cast of “Bad Moms” had such a good time filming their 2016 hit comedy, they immediately jumped at the chance to make a holiday-themed sequel, “A Bad Moms Christmas”.

Stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn tell ET Canada’s Matte Babel they didn’t even have time to be apprehensive about jumping on board a second film.

“We didn’t have any time… you don’t understand. We went from one to two,” Kunis admits.

The 34-year-old actress filmed “Bad Moms”, gave birth to her second child with husband Ashton Kutcher and went back to work filming the sequel. “It was like, ‘Now take a deep breath. Pop out a baby. And have a movie,’” the actress says, taking a deep breath. “I got pregnant the day we wrapped. And I was on-set with a 3-month-old.”

While the production wasn’t put on hold for Kunis to return, she says it was worth it to return to work earlier than she planned. “I mean I went to work a little bit earlier than I anticipated. It was a little earlier than I wanted to. But, it was a great movie and it needed to be told and the story was awesome and I got to work with these girls, so my kid got schlepped with me and they had to suffer though a lot of pumping,” she laughs.

Their new sequel pairs the “Bad Moms” with their own mothers for the holidays, casting Susan Sarandon, Cheryl Hines and Christine Baranski as their opinionated mothers who arrive just in time for Christmas. While their on-screen moms are eager to impart their holiday wisdom, Bell, Hahn and Kunis have some holiday traditions of their own.

“Alcohol,” Kunis jokes. “Whatever gets the job done. I’m kidding! My honest tradition is family. My parents have always been so great about instilling family time around any holiday. We’re a non-secular household. We celebrate any holiday and every holiday, so long as there is an excuse to get the family together and it’s one of those things that I hope to pass on to my family.”

“A Bad Moms Christmas” opens in theatres on Nov. 1.

‘Tis the season for giving!

With only a little more than a week left until Christmas, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis got into the holiday spirit by giving their pals Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell a very original — and hilarious — gift.

In a photo shared to Instagram on Friday, Shepard and Kutcher proudly held up a shower curtain with a giant photo of Kunis and her husband’s smiling faces on it.

“What a generous Christmas gift from the Kunis-Kutcher family,” Shepard, 43, jokingly captioned the shot. “A beautiful shower curtain for the attic(t) bathroom!”

The curtain is actually an inside joke between the couples as both Kutcher and Kunis have appeared on Shepard’s podcast, Armchair Expert, which is recorded in an attic above Shepard’s garage. In the attic, there is a bathroom which does not have a door, but that didn’t stop Kunis from using it.

Shepard and Kutcher have been longtime friends since they starred alongside each other on MTV’s comedic reality series, Punk’d, in 2003. Recently they reunited on the set of Netflix’s The Ranch, which Kutcher, 40, stars on.

But it’s not just the men who are close pals and have worked together.

Their wives, Kunis, 35, and Bell, 38, are good friends, after co-starring in Bad Moms and A Bad Moms Christmas over the last few years. The women have also bonded over similar haircuts and joked about giving their young children — both couples have two — and sips of alcohol.

Kutcher and Kunis share daughter Wyatt, 4, and son Dimitri, 2, while Shepard and Bell have two daughters together: Lincoln, 5, and Delta, who turns 4 Dec. 19.

Though Shepard was smiling on Friday, just a day earlier, he was refuting claims about cheating on his wife.

The actor came under fire on Thursday, after a report surfaced that he was unfaithful to Bell with Julie Andrews’ step-granddaughter Kayti Edwards.

In a Daily Mail article, Edwards alleged that she and the Parenthood actor were intimate in 2009. Bell and Shepard began dating in 2007 and tied the knot in 2013. He denied the claims on Instagram Thursday, writing, “Hey Daily Mail, that photo is 13 years old, not 9.”

According to Edwards, the images of her and Shepard in a photo booth kissing were captured at a private party in Hollywood where the pair allegedly reconnected nine years ago. Shepard denied this and said they were from 2005.

He went on to allege that 41-year-old Edwards has “sold stories to tabloids about Matthew Perry, Jack Osbourne, Kid Rock, and now me.”

“I look forward to her next one. Fingers crossed it’s about my #1, Brad Pitt :)” he jokingly concluded.

Edwards told Daily Mail that she “came forward” with the allegation “to get ahead of the story. I posted a photo on Facebook of me and Dax from that night as a joke and recently a few media outlets have contacted me about it.”

She later added, “I don’t want anything to do with Dax. I wish him well. I wish them to be happy. I hope that they’re happily married. I mean they have children. So my wish is that they’re happy and stable for the kids.”

Gift-giving around the holidays can be stressful — unless you’re Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis. They know just the type of present to get their pals.

The couple brightened up Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell’s Christmas season with a truly one-of-a-kind gag gift, which Shepard shared Friday on Instagram. Kunis and Kutcher surprised them with a custom-made shower curtain — with Kunis and Kutcher’s faces on it.

“What a generous Christmas gift from the Kunis-Kutcher family. A beautiful shower curtain for the attic(t) bathroom!” Shepard captioned an image of himself and Kutcher holding up the special curtain.

Both are posing with serious expressions, but the gift was really part of a joke between the couples.

Kutcher and Kunis have made respective appearances on Shepard’s podcast, “Armchair Expert,” which he records in the attic above a garage on his property. That attic has a fully-functioning, albeit door-less, bathroom that Kunis used during her podcast appointment.

This brings us to the gifted shower curtain, a silly nod to that moment on Shepard’s show, and proof of the bond between the two couples.

Shepard, 43, and Kutcher, 40, became friends after working together on MTV’s “Punk’d.” The duo reunited recently for Netflix’s “The Ranch,” in which Kutcher plays the lead character and Shepard takes on a recurring role.

Bell, 38, and Kunis, 35, didn’t just become friends through their hilarious husbands; They starred together in the comedy “Bad Moms” and sequel “A Bad Moms Christmas.”

The two couples have a lot in common, especially as parents. Bell and Shepard share two daughters — Lincoln, 5, and Delta, 3 — while Kunis and Kutcher have daughter Wyatt, 4, and son Dimitri, 2.

“A Bad Moms Christmas” even drew from Kunis and Bell’s hectic family lives. Kunis told TODAY that she and her pal really put their own holiday stress into the film.

“I think it’s incredibly accurate,” Kunis said. “We ended up having so much say in what we felt throughout Christmas. So much of that was implemented in the movie, scattered around … these are real stories.”

‘Bad Moms’ are back! Sheinelle Jones goes behind-the-scenes of the sequel

Maybe it’s because we see it so rarely, but it’s pretty addictive to watch celebrities make hair decisions with their friends. It’s just so relatable, like a throwback to when your friend group would go in on a pack of Sun-In and streak everyone’s hair just slightly orange (that bad decision was universal, right? Right??). Those DIY dye jobs may have ended up only so-so, but regardless, they’re good memories. So when friends like Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams made the tipsy decision to dye Williams’ hair pink, we couldn’t look away. And today we got some equally riveting intel on a new, friendship-inspired pair of celebrity haircuts. Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell just got matching bobs, and they look so good.

Chalk it up to friendship, having both of their hairstylists around, or cabin fever while promoting their new movie, A Bad Moms Christmas, but Bell and Kunis are now the celebrity equivalent of the matching-girls emoji. Bell posted a shot last night of her and Kunis’ new styles, along with the caption “Friendship haircuts.💕💖💕💖.”

Gone are the days of long, mermaidy beach waves and floor-sweeping extensions. These days every celebrity is going shorter, and both of their new cuts prove the point. Naturally, we did some sleuthing to find out just how identical their new styles really are (or if this was just a well-timed incident of both stars already having pretty short hair, like when you show up in the same outfit as someone and have to make the obligatory “twins!” joke). On Kunis’ end, she did in fact just get a haircut from her stylist, Renato Camparo.

Per his caption, they went for an asymmetrical sixties-inspired bob, complete with sharply angled ends (but keeping the blunt aspect of Kunis’ last cut). Bell’s change is slightly more subtle.

From the photos that Bell, her hairstylist Jenny Cho, and her makeup artist Simone Siegl posted, we can glean that she might have gotten a trim (we weren’t kidding about the sleuthing). It’s still in the familiar territory of the haircut that Bell’s had for the past few years but revamped into a shaggy, gently tousled look. If it ain’t broke, you know the drill. And looking like that, it definitely isn’t broken.
