Grammy-nominated singer P!nk is known for putting on extreme live performances, complete with crazy acrobatic routines and high-flying stunts. But she’s also a busy mom to Willow, 6, and Jameson, 1.

“I would like to put everything I am and everything I have into everything that I do,” she said in a recent tour documentary. “I’d say the hardest part is just trying to figure it all out.”

It’s a challenge that many people face, but Pink has some tips and tricks to get it all done. Here’s what the rockstar mom eats and does in a day to maintain it all.

She starts her day with coffee — and a superfood smoothie.

Like many of us, Pink relies on that first cup of coffee to get her up and moving in the morning. But she’s also a fan of superfood shakes that can help boost energy and increase metabolism. Her trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche, recommends a smoothie filled with coconut water, avocado, blueberries, and flaxseed oil.

However, she’s also a big fan of french toast, especially when husband Carey Hart is making it.

She says that it’s a different story when she’s on tour, where her high-energy performances allow her to indulge a little bit more.

“I eat a lot , because I work out four and a half hours a day: a two-hour show, plus yoga, cardio and a rig check with the flying apparatuses,” she explains to Food and Wine.

She grows food in her garden at home.

Whether she’s biking 32 miles or hitting the gym, Pink knows the importance of staying active. In addition to staying healthy, being active means she can sometimes indulge in her favorite high-calorie foods like halloumi cheese.

“I’m obsessed with halloumi,” she tells Food & Wine. “I grill it for salads with truffle oil and dandelion greens — the more exotic the greens, the better. I don’t care if people think halloumi’s squeaky; they’re wrong.”

She stays positive and realistic about her goals.

Pink knows the importance of body positivity. In an Instagram post, she shared her height and postpartum weight, but was quick to emphasize how great she felt.

“I know I’m not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don’t feel obese. The only thing I’m feeling is myself,” she wrote.

She’s a total foodie.

“I take cooking classes for vacation,” she tells Food & Wine. “Last summer I went to Les Prés d’Eugénie, Michel Guérard’s place in France, for five days. We made croissants and coq au vin. They have an incredible wine list.”

Pink Slams Criticism About Her Weight Gain Flawlessly (And We’re Reminded Why We Love Her So Much)

After appearing at the John Wayne 30th Annual Odyssey Ball in Beverly Hills, singer Pink was criticised on Twitter for her apparent weight gain, before calling out the trolls with the perfect response.

‘I can see that some of you are concerned about me from your comments about my weight,’ she tweeted earlier this week to her haterz. ‘You’re referring to the pictures of me from last night’s (Saturday) cancer benefit that I attended to support my dear friend Dr Maggie DiNome. She was given the Duke Award for her tireless efforts and stellar contributions to the eradication of cancer. But unfortunately, my weight seems much more important to some of you.’

She continued: ‘In fact, I feel beautiful. So, my good and concerned peoples, please don’t worry about me (sic). I’m not worried about me. And I’m not worried about you either. I am perfectly fine, perfectly happy, and my healthy, voluptuous and crazy strong body is having some much deserved time off.’

Preach to the max. And let’s not forget that Pink once did an upside-down trapeze while singing and spinning around, and still sounded excellent – so it’s good she’s not letting the stupid comments get to her. We’d like to see the trolls even attempt one aspect of the frequent acrobatics she nails on her tours.

Oh, and the best bit is she signed off the tweet: ‘Love, cheesecake’ – which makes us want to stand up and applaud. And then eat some cheesecake.

The feisty pop star stepped out on Saturday night in an elegant black dress for the John Wayne 30th Annual Odyssey Ball in Beverly Hills, Calif. While Pink admits that the dress “didn’t photograph as well as it did in my kitchen,” she also doesn’t think she deserves all the negative comments about her size.

She was given the Duke Award for her tireless efforts and stellar contributions to the eradication of cancer. But unfortunately, my weight seems much more important to some of you.”

Pink, who was escorted to the event by her husband Carey Hart, admitted that she thought she looked good. “In fact, I feel beautiful,” she continued. “So, my good and concerned peoples, please don’t worry about me (sic). I’m not worried about me. And I’m not worried about you either. I am perfectly fine, perfectly happy, and my healthy, voluptuous and crazy strong body is having some much deserved time off.”

Pink Rocks Out on the Cover of SHAPE

Looking at Pink on the cover of SHAPE, it’s hard to imagine that she gained 55 pounds during pregnancy! But after giving birth to daughter Willow 15 months ago, the star knew she wanted to kick the baby weight.

“I ate a lot of cheesecake during my pregnancy,” Pink says. “Also anything sour-Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, key lime pie…”

The super star says she wanted to “be kind” to her body the first months after pregnancy, and opted not to rush into losing weight. Ultimately, she started working out with both Jillian Michaels and Jeannette Jenkins.

“They both kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve ever worked out with,” she says. And after losing the weight, Pink claims she’s now in the best shape of her life.

The singer-songwriter also reveals her more personal side, opening up about her experience as a drug addict, what finally encouraged her to kick her addiction for good, and her life as a new mom.

“I’m so in love with Willow,” she says. “I’m totally smitten!”

One thing’s for sure: While her tough-as-nails attitude isn’t an act, the wife (of motocross racer Carey Hart) and new mom can be as sweet as her moniker implies. Be sure to check out the November issue of SHAPE on newsstands now for more on her must-have healthy foods, her rock-solid abs workout, and all the details on her latest tour.
